The Shape of Time

This ongoing project follows members of A Avó Veio Trabalhar, a Lisbon-based collective of women in their eighties challenging the invisibility of ageing. This project is a tribute to women who have grown older while continuing to move through a world that rarely makes space for them.

Their presence challenges what we’ve come to accept about aging. A reconsideration is needed: of what we value, what we celebrate, and what we quietly learn to ignore.
